One of the most often asked questions is how much storage do I need for N minutes of capture @ X Gbps? Or the inverse of how many Minutes of X Gbps capture does can the capture system hold? We have condensed this into some easy to read charts.

Conclusion

Even at sustained 100Gbps running 24/7 our high end storage option for the 1U 100Gbps capture system has the SSD endurance for almost 2 full years ( ~800PB ). While the absolute numbers are some what crazy sounding, Enterprise SSD endurnace has come a long way over the past few years!
